I do a lot of boring things for a living - recently, I walked around a community college, taking GPS points of every trash and ash can. I mean, I like the job (‘cause, GIS nerd and that stuff requires boring measures of data collection) but it’s even better with a soundtrack - time goes a lot quicker when you have epic swells and groves behind you, y’know? So I asked my excellent roommate about a month ago for a mix full of long, long, deeply spaced out songs, ala Neu’s “Hallogallo” and he came back with this. It’s been super helpful and also so fucking good to get work done to.

(I bet it’s also good to get stoned to, but man, I do not know those things.)
